One For the Ladies

I have worked extensively with many women from different backgrounds, nationalities and life experiences. My work has led me all over the world where I have come up against many types of barriers faced by women today. Everything from balancing a home and work, relocating a family, dealing with 'glass-ceilings' and sexism in the workplace, facing up to family tragedy, basically all else involved in living a ''normal life''!

I am not sure if women are from Mars or Venus or Pluto, but I see some truth in the words of the old song ‘Sometimes It’s Hard to Be A Woman’. One of our greatest challenges is to experience fufillment in all areas of our life. We do so much and sometimes it appears that we are standing still. Imagine living up to our own expectations and desires.
